Job Position- Test Welder- Consumables Quality
Work Type (Job Responsibility)- Testing welding performance of welding consumables manufacturer as per define quality plan. Perform Weld to pass variety of test including visual inspection. Perform Welding in a controlled manners to maintain proper heat input inner pass temperature and bead placement. Operate Clippers weld gave tape measure and other welding hand Tools. Create specific weld setup and fixture to meet geometry requirement. Perform simple maintenance and repair as required. Working knowledge of welding method and process including demonstrated. Ability to weld SMAW (manual), GMAW (semi automatic), GTAW (manual), SAW (automatic), FCAW (semi automatic). Working knowledge of instrument multimeters micrometer Vernier Caliper. Welding safety practice knowledge. ITI welding is mandatory.
